Celigo:
Celigo is an enterprise automation tool that helps companies automate business processes and data integration. Celigo basically used to create automated workflows, manage integrations, and pull data from various sources and applications.
Features of the Integrator.io platform
Celigo – Dashboard:
You can access the Account Dashboard from the left navigation menu.
The Account Dashboard has two tabs.
- Running flows: The Running flows tab displays all flows currently in progress.
- Completed flows: The Completed flows tab displays all flows completed within the selected date range.
Celigo – Tools:
In Celigo there are 3 types to build a Flow.
- Flow Builder: Flow Builder allows you to create and customize a flow to transfer data from one platform to another. Access Flow Builder from Tools > Flow Builder.
- Data Loader: Data Loader allows you to import data files into NetSuite, Salesforce, or any other RESTful web application. Use Data Loader to configure settings, upload files, map fields and run an import. Access Data Loader from Tools > Data Loader.
- Reports: A Reports option in the Tools menu allows you to produce a list of all events that have run through one or more flows for a specified time period. Celigo Create Separate reports for integrator.io Sandbox and Production environments. Access Data Loader from Tools > Reports.
Resources:
The below resources are available in celigo.
Connections: A connection stores system credentials and other access information for the source or target application.
To + Create a connection you’ll need all the credentials, tokens, passwords, and other information about your application.
Imports: An import is a flow step that inserts data into an application. A flow can have multiple import steps, but at least one import step is compulsory in every complete flow.
- From the Resources menu, select Then, click + Create import.
- Click Preview to be used for retrieving a sample record to be imported into your destination application.
Exports: An export is a flow step that retrieves data from an application. A flow has multiple export steps, but every complete flow must include at least one export, data loader, or webhook listener flow step.
- From the Resources menu, select Exports. Then, click + Create export.
- Click the plus sign on an export flow steps to configure additional options for your flow’s behaviour.
- The scheduler is used for running flow at specific time intervals, you can open the Flow schedule override page to use a different scheduling strategy for this export. See Flow schedules.
- Filter the export data to include/exclude specific records. See Apply filters.
- Export hooks us used for Creating a pre-save hook to perform complex logic on the export data.
Preview export data:
Preview export data is used for requests you’re sending, and the responses are returned from app servers, directly from the export configuration screens of your source apps.
API Token: Tokens are required to access the integrator.io API. Administrators and Account owners can use the integrator.io API to perform add/edit/delete operations on any resource in their account. Only two roles can view the API tokens page.
Manage and retrieve the API token:
several options are available under Action:
- Edit API token
- View audit log
- Revoke API token
- Generate a new API token
Help:
You can easily access the Community from the Help menu in integrator.io:
Help Center: Help center makes it easier for user to access the information they need, without having to contact a member of the customer service team.
Community: You can easily access the Community from the Help menu in integrator.io
Submit Ticket: Support tickets allow you to report an issue, ask questions about integrator.io, resolve billing issues, or get help with Integration Applications.

Celigo University aims to provide tech-savvy business users and IT developers with free online training. It’s a robust learning management system that provides on-demand training, free online tools, resources, and certification for building integrations with Celigo products.
