ABOUT YOU
As a NetSuite Consultant, you will provide configuration, business analysis, and process optimization expertise to build solutions as a key project team member. Able to contribute to the client implementation experience by executing sprint deliveries, UAT, end-user training and smooth go-live transitions. Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to join a rapidly growing organization. At least 2 years of NetSuite experience and an undergraduate degree are required.
Accountabilities
· Configure end-to-end solutions as designed by Solution Managers and Architects
· Create custom fields and design forms focused on an excellent user experience
· Provide end-user training
· Build and test configurations to meet business requirements
· Research best practices and demonstrate understanding of new features
· Provide innovative solutions for our rapidly expanding client base across a range of industries.
· Document business process design and discovery sessions
· Document user stories and associated detailed requirements
· Lead client-facing implementation sprint sessions
· Author functional design documentation
· Act as a liaison with Third-Party Vendors to ensure the design meets functional requirements
· Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to ensure a successful implementation
· Develop custom client reporting and saved searches
· Provide project status KPI information to project managers
· Escalate issues and risks to project managers in a timely manner
Talents
· 2+ years NetSuite implementation experience across a myriad of industries and processes
· NetSuite configuration, testing, validation, and training experience
· Experience with multiple NetSuite implementation and/or optimization projects
· High-energy desire to grow professionally, coachable, and open to feedback
· Experience establishing synergy with technical and functional team members
· Industry experience in SAAS, Wholesale Distribution, and Manufacturing preferred but not required
· Implementation experience with ARM, Advanced Accounting preferred but not required
· Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and internal team members
· NetSuite ERP Certification preferred
