ABOUT YOU

As a Senior Project Manager at White Glove Consulting Group, you will oversee the client experience and ensure successful client software implementation, optimization, and integration projects. You will lead projects to success by optimizing project resources, managing change in scope, responding to issues before they become risks, and delivering on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree and PMP, including hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, ERP implementations, and familiarity with the PMBOK® Guide and Standards.

Accountabilities

• Work with project managers to ensure realistic project plans and budgets are aligned with Statements of Work
• Approve project plans with identified milestones and related activities/tasks based on project scope (WBS)
• Monitor deliverables and due dates – what, who, and when
• Develop KPIs and Metrics for Professional Services and Managed Services Projects
• Develop project procedures utilizing best in class software
• Manage issues and mitigate project risk in a proactive manner
• Effective communication of risks and impacts – no surprises
• Review project dashboards and metrics
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle
• Manage change and intervene to ensure project goals are achieved
• Implement change management procedures timely
• Develop budget vs. actual reporting (plan vs. actual spend and burndown reporting)
• Work with project managers to ensure client meetings are planned to maintain on-time delivery
• Ensure high-quality work – White Glove Approach
• Meet with stakeholders and communicate with transparency regarding project issues and decisions
• Coach project team members towards success
• Assist Director, Program Management with project management and program initiatives, resource allocations, and project accounting

Talents

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• PMP required
• 4 Years Software implementation background, any industry with a business mindset – can see the big picture, work cross-functionally to get things done quickly and efficiently
• Focused leader that works autonomously, yet synergizes as part of a team
• MS Project, Smartsheet, NetSuite SRP, or other standardized project management tools
• Confident decision making when risk or uncertainty is involved
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership experience working with people from different areas of an organization
